Our first STEAM Night was Sept. 27. We had a great time learning about sound through musical exploration and design! Mrs. Register, our literacy coach, read the story The Remarkable Farkle McBride to introduce the topic and help us practice great reading strategies. We then focused on science and discussed how sound travels to our ears. We enjoyed designing and creating our own instruments, as well as some tasty, music-themed snacks. It was a busy, noisy night of learning and fun!
